Carol-Ann has been in the travel industry for 19 years. In September 2007 Carol-Ann and Greg Decker purchased the agency from Leslie and Rick Coates. When she became a part of the Manotick Travel family back in 1991 Carol-Ann had no idea that she would one day become the President of Manotick Travel & Cruise Centre.

Carol-Ann started her job at Manotick Travel as a receptionist, someone her co-workers could depend on not only to greet clients, but also handle sales support and customer service. The following years she took on more tasks and learned all aspects of the travel industry. Always upgrading her skills Carol-Ann is part of the Ensemble Destination Wedding and Honeymoon specialist program.

In 2009 Manotick Travel & Cruise Centre was recognized as one of the top 25 agencies within our consortium Ensemble Travel. Carol-Ann is very proud of the hard work and dedication from all the staff at Manotick Travel & Cruise Centre.

Carol-Ann has not only lived all her life in Manotick, 4 generations of her family have live in Manotick, with Reagan her daughter being the 5th, dating back to the mid eighteen hundreds. When Carol-Ann is not traveling she loves spending time with family, friends, rollerblading and singing in a band.

Some of Carol-Ann’s favourite places are Greece, Peru, Hawaii and New York City.
Carol-Ann’s future travel plans would include Egypt, Costa Rica and Africa.

Bringing the, "Joy of Travel" has been Heather's dedication to her valued clients for the last 28 years. Having been at Manotick Travel & Cruise Centre for 14 years Heather feels at home with this professional agency and thoroughly enjoys providing the highest level of customer service by striving to go, "Above and Beyond" for all clients. Heather's passion is planning customized trips.

Having been to five continents now, her specialty is arranging anything from an all-inclusive getaway to a sun destination, an exotic cruise or perhaps a day-to-day itinerary to South America. She has travelled to Chile and Argentina and was very impressed with the beauty, culture and warmth of the people. Heather’s travels have also taken her to Panama, Australia and New Zealand, Thailand, Europe and the Caribbean.

Heather's corporate travel background has provided her with strong organizational and attention to detail skills needed in this ever-changing industry. Heather was certified by the Canadian Institutes of Travel Counselors, is a certified Sandals Specialist and continues to upgrade her travel knowledge by attending seminars, cruise conferences and travelling abroad.
Heather and husband George hail from the Winchester area. Heather loves gardening, cooking, sings in a choir and tries to keep fit by power walking and doing water aerobics.

Suzie joined the team at Manotick Travel in June of 2008 and hasn’t looked back since. She has always been fascinated by the magnificent places our earth has to offer and looks forward to helping plan short get-aways, exotic adventures and dream vacations for her clients.

Before joining Manotick Travel, Suzie spent two years studying the different facets of the travel industry. She graduated with honours from the program and earned a place on the Dean’s list. Her husband and children were very supportive in helping her achieve this goal.

Suzie stays current by attending product launches as often as she can and by reading industry news. She is also a Certified Adventure Travel Specialist and a Certified Sandals Specialist.

Some of her travels include Canada’s east, west, far North, Spain, Disney World, New York City, Mexico and Jamaica. There are many destinations that remain on her must-do list, which seems to keep growing! In the interim, she will visit them virtually when researching her clients’ adventures.

Paul has over 18 years of experience matching travellers with the perfect vacation.

Specializing in cruise and package vacations, Paul puts his 30 plus cruises and resort experience to work when recommending the right ship or hotel to meet his client’s exacting needs. Paul obtained his Accredited Cruise Counsellor designation in 1997 and is constantly upgrading his knowledge of cruise lines and their ships through personal cruise experience and cruise line sponsored training programs. Paul has attained the Commodore level in both the Princess and Cunard Cruises travel agent training programs. Paul is an avid golfer and curler who combines his love of golf and cruising by escorting exciting golf cruises to the Caribbean.
